After receiving the attested demand letter and power of attorney from the respective company, the documents are presented to immigration department of Pakistan for pre-labor approval/ permission. The Immigration Department & Protectorate of Pakistan analyzes the documents and gives us permission for further processing and recruitment.
Once permission is taken from the authorized institutes of Pakistan, we begin our recruitment process by advertisement in national newspaper for collecting documents, using different tools like internet, SMS and Telephone etc.
Always an updated data bank is maintained with processed information on workers, professionals, skilled, semiskilled, unskilled labor for ready recruitment. Regular trade-tests and interviews are conducted to determine grade, qualifications, possession of certificates, license, training, experience etc.
To measure and evaluate the performance of recruited workers, both theoretical and practical trade tests are conducted by competent testing board members & committee consisting of industry experts, instructors and professionals.
Candidates are sent to the doctor / hospital / clinic nominated by the embassy of the respective country which is approved by the G.C.C. medical board as advised by the employer, for the medical examination.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
We make arrangements for the execution of contract between the employer and the employees on behalf of the employer on receipt of due authorization from the esteemed employer.
ENDORSEMENT OF VISA
A.M International processes the documents for obtaining visa from concerned embassy as soon as possible.
In order to provide full information about laws & regulations, immigration policy, culture and system of respective countries, the orientation classes are organized by A.M International. In addition to that, Protectorate of Pakistan also organizes orientation classes to attest the same.
The visa received, by our own efforts obtains Protector of Immigration Clearance for the expatriate from the concerned authorities at the earliest.
If joining ticket is not provided by the employer, our company will arrange for tickets for the recruited workers through its allied /approved travel agencies.
